Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church at Ammansville, Texas was the fifth painted church that we visited. We followed the same northern route until we rounded a corner that led directly to the church. The church had the traditional look outside – white outside and with a tall steeple in front. We didn’t spend much time at this church as there was an ongoing service. The interior of the Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church had a pale pink or rose pink color with marbled columns. We respectfully entered the church and said our prayers. We spent a few moments to appreciate the richness of its interior and left. We moved on in search of the next painted church in the list.
