Fort Worth Stockyards old west attractions include the horse and carriage. The horse and carriage was an important mode of transportation during the height of the cattle drive at Fort Worth. Now, the horse and carriage is one of the attractions at the stockyards.

I photographed the cattle drive at the Fort Worth Stockyards. It was a short walk around the district by the cattle. It was majestic watching the cattle with their longhorns pass by close enough to almost touch (touching though was very highly discouraged). that was popular during the late 1800s to the 1950s. People from all over the country as well as some from other parts of the world witness this historic reenacted event.
